2013-14 Implementation Renewal Grant

2013-14 grant application must arrive or be delivered to the 5th floor reception desk at the Department of Public Instruction by 4:30 PM on April 15, 2012, to receive funding consideration. The original plus five (5) copies of the signed application must be submitted to the department.
